Nate wants others to find their Sanctuary and connection to community while enjoying the unique flavors that SDC offers. SDC’s main product is “Bold and Forward,” its hand-crafted gin. The recipe has been carefully honed over the past decade and features a vodka base with five botanicals: juniper, nutmeg, cloves, angelica root and coriander. Bold and Forward’s distinctive flavor arises from its use of cloves and nutmeg as its forward flavors, which is its major differentiator from other gins in the market category. This subtle, aromatic warmth melds with the bouquet without overpowering the complex, striking flavor of the hand-selected juniper varietal.

SDC is a welcoming brand that was created with the goal of connection, be it with family, friends or community. While we are just getting started, we invite you to tell us your story. Please let us know how we were able to help you establish connections – and ultimately, your Sanctuary – in your life and community. 

We intend to donate a portion our proceeds to local organizations that provide solutions to the unhoused. We wish to play a role in helping the unhoused find their Sanctuary. SDC is being launched in the greater San Francisco region, specifically centered around San Jose then the San Francisco Peninsula and East Bay areas.
